We then decided to go with Fatima and very quickly we were in escrow. We do not live in the desert full time, so when issues came up that needed attention, she was on it for us. She kept us informed as things were happening, has an amazing handy man who was able to take care of our fix list and was just over all such a great agent.

I found Fatima in my mailbox one day,(JUST KIDDING, it was a post card) so gave her a call. She and her business partner, Amy came to my home and chatted with me for a while. I had already interviewed other agents before, but I was very impressed with the way the two ladies presented themselves & their way of business to me. After a few days of thinking, I called them back and said that I would like to have them represent me and list my home.

Well, let me tell you, they went to town on it. It didn't take long, & I mean it didn't take long I had several offers on my home (and I may add at full price) and sold it in a very short time.

Selling or buying a home can be very stressful. Selling and buying a home at the same time I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Nevertheless, that is exactly what my partner and I just did --- and with a 30-day escrow on the house we were selling in Los Angeles after calling it home for 20 years. Although this review is more about the purchase of our new home in Cathedral City, we did bring the stress over the sale of our LA house with us to the purchase of our new home. We were uptight about coordinating the sale/purchase at the same time. We found the house we wanted without a broker of our own, so the seller’s broker became our broker as well. At first I was very leery of having one broker represent both sides of the transaction, but Fatima Nordquist quickly put my fears to rest. She proved herself very evenhanded and was instrumental in coordinating our purchase in Cathedral City with the sale of our LA house, so that the timing worked for both of her clients. More than that, she had a mellowing effect on us – a “can-do, don’t worry” attitude that made our Cathedral City purchase a lot less stressful than our LA sale and helped ease us into our new life in the desert.

Fatima had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly get me the information I request. She did and does not waste my time.

A master with the contract negotiations, Fatima has came up with a deals that are good for us while still being so amazingly respectful to the seller or buyer. Throughout the selling and buying process, she was unbelievably knowledgeable in the market. There is nothing that escapes Fatima’s attention when it comes to buying and selling property.

Fatima is a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was her only customers, although I know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never feel neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Fatima is honest with a capital “H” about any changes that I needed to make in my properties to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. She also sets up expectations very clearly and keeps all fantasies and misleading research that I did in check.

I cannot say enough good things about Fatima. She is a Gem that once you find you never want to let go. I wish I could keep her only to myself but something this good would be criminal not to share. I am so pleased to recommend Fatima Nordquist to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business in my opinion and if I ever need to move again she will be our first choice in real estate agents (I promise you no matter where in I move globally she is my 1st call).
