As Fatima Nordquist’s Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for processing all of the Buyer and Seller disclosures, obtaining any required reports, and ensuring that all deadlines are met; thereby, ensuring a smooth and timely close of escrow. In so doing, this gives Fatima more time to spend with her clients so she can make sure all of their needs are met.
Seven years ago my husband (Ron) and I moved to the desert and Fatima represented us in the purchase of our home. Although I was retired, I was looking to do something in order to keep my mind busy. When I asked her if she needed any help she wasted no time and reeled me in! We have a great working relationship and it is my pleasure to be a part of her team.
Most importantly, she has become a valued and treasured friend to Ron and me. Since moving to the desert, Ron and I have bought and sold a couple of homes and we couldn’t have done it without Fatima! Should we decide to make another purchase, we know we will be in good hands; of course, I’ll handle the paperwork!
